Project Title:
 “Effectiveness of employee incentives at Cavinkare Private Limited, Chennai”
The study was done for the employees of different designation at dairy division with the
incentives for different product category. It is found from the study that employees are
satisfied with their current monetary incentive but they expect few non-monetary incentives
from the organization.

 Secretary Of Bharathiar Management Association and has organized Axis ‘13 and Axis 14’
the flagship event of BSMED
 President of NSS, Unit 76 -leading my team of 100 members for seven days camp during
2011-2012 at Inayam, Under the theme “Prosperous India and the empowered Youth”.
