2. UX RESEARCH & STRATEGY
I have worked as a Software Engineer with IBM and as a
Business Advisory Analyst with Ernst & Young LLP and have
worked across sectors like Telecommunication, FMCG and
Oil & Gas. I have worked in capacity of Software Developer,
BI Analyst and People & Organisation Consultant. I have
driven design research and strategy in multinational business
and technology consulting firms, mid-size social startups.
I believe a good design is a result of solid research and a
grounding strategy leads to successful implementation of
services.
