In the grand scheme of things, I'm always looking to better myself and keep my employment options open. In my experience, everyone can excel when they're in a comfortable and stable environment. The "unknown" makes people uneasy (i.e. a shaky job market, the threat of mass layoffs). I aspire to further my training in the IT field, as well as gather as many certifications as possible.
