 Manage a team of cleaners performing direct line management. HR Management-Disciplinary-
Absence management and to undertake all administration associated with the management of
people issues.
 Management of a budget, inputting payroll, holiday request.
 Perform daily checks and weekly audits to maintain the high standards and delivery of the SLA.
Ensuring customer satisfaction at all times.
 Maintaining staff training to a high level. Making sure the methods of cleaning and PPE are
complied with at all times. Continually promote Company Policies and Standards.
 To ensure all cleaning operatives comply with Safe Working Practices as directed by Standard
