2. In March 2012 a unique digital time
capsule will be launched to
commemorate HRH Queen Elizabeth II’s
Diamond Jubilee.
Taking the form of a people’s history,
people from all over the Commonwealth
will make entries relating to their lives,
communities and nations over the last 60
years.
Capsool is working in partnership with
the Royal Commonwealth Society to
create this unique project.
The time capsule will exist in a number of
forms;
- An online repository for public access
- An open source archive of the
Commonwealth’s history
- A unique digital gift for The Queen
The capsule and archive are one of a
number of official projects being run as
part of the Diamond Jubilee
celebrations.

5. Contributors will be asked to contribute photos and video, or
write a story reflecting what happened in their family,
community or country on a particular day in the last 60 years.
Prizes will be awarded for the best regional entries, the best

Day 2012 (12 March).
