I am a Senior Research Associate at the University of Oxford's e-Research Centre. I work primarily in a team developing data standards and software tooling for various kinds of life science data such as in genomics, metabolomics, and phenotyping research. I was previously a Research Associate at Imperial College London focused on developing data-driven tools and services for translational medicine.
