Carpenter’s Roofing & Sheet Metal, Inc., a South Florida roofing contractor, has partnered with PACE
Corporate Advisors, the nation’s premier Property Assessed Clean Energy (“PACE”) advisory company, to
provide specialized financing for its clients via the PACE process.
“Our customers deserve the best and this service is superior to them using cash or a bank loan. We
believe PACE Corporate Advisors, with its PACE financing process, will dramatically improve our clients’
