Ozone on demand FAQs
What laundry operational change is required?
Very little. We install our compact ozone injection
system next to your washers. The system deliv-
ers ozone “on demand” automatically each time
your washers call for cold water. There are practi-
cally no maintenance requirements. We program
new washer cycles which dramatically reduce
hot water and 1-2 rinse cycles. Fabric softener is
no longer required. Wash and dry cycle times will
decline by 25-40%, relieving bottle necks and
allowing for more efficient laundry processing.
Is it effective at killing bacteria and microbes?
Yes, very effective. Studies by the EPA and CDC
have shown that ozone is 3,200 times more
effective than chlorine bleach as a disinfecting
agent. All linens exposed to this kind of tri-atomic
oxygen are free of germs and feel and smell great.
Our system has gone through extensive laboratory
trials to prove 99.999%+ efficacy in killing the
most tenacious biological agents including viruses,
bacteria and fungal pathogens.

What is involved in equipment installation?
We come to your laundry room with an appropri-
ately sized compact ozone injection system which
we wall mount next to your wash machines. Our
ozone injection line is run into the cold water line
feeding each wash machine. We establish new
programs on your wash machines appropriate for
ozone laundry and request that your chemicals
provider to be there to modify ingredients includ-
ing elimination of fabric softener. The process
takes about one hour, and requires almost no
washer down-time.
