The incorporation of the 2 components required to make up the system had not been tried
before. Our customer was impressed enough to pay for the system themselves.
• Tested and analyzed tools to improve profitability – minimum of 5% savings per year.
• Managed multi discipline project teams to develop processes and means to create on
time, on budget manufacturing cells for automotive components. Criteria were met in
each instance.
• Audited and selected suppliers for coating applications to ensure cost, capacity, and
quality targets could be met or exceeded in order to create a dependable supply.

• Implemented initial lean manufacturing processes resulting in $120,000 instant recovery.
