I began my working career as an ACM for Overbury 9 years ago. I spent 3 years with them, I
left them to join ISG and have worked with them ever since as a Construction Manager.
I have worked on projects with values between £0.5million to £50 million gaining valuable
experiences along the way. I have enjoyed the experience of delivering major projects on time
and snag free. I have a good reputation within the industry; have been proactive with the mind
set "The Client is always right" instilled by both companies.

Responsible for strip out and return to Cat A of two tower floors this consisted of install of
new VAVs, sprinkler system, all new ductwork supplies BMS system, lighting and controls
smoke alarm system, new ceiling and raised floor install, strip out of four toilet pods and two
disabled toilet pods and reinstated to new architects specifications. PC achieved with a 98%
ISG quality award.
Hammerson 99, Bishopsgate ISG

Responsible for the strip out and return to Cat A of four podium floors and three tower floors.
This consisted of new FCUs, pipe work and all ductwork supplies, BMS system, sprinkler
range, smoke alarm and security system, New ceilings and raised floors and all new wall
linings and lighting. PC achieved.

Construction Manager
Responsible for the refurbish of three floors. AHU and plantroom install to the roof level
Shaft and Lift install over all floors, toilets and shower room install and terrace refurb to the
front of building. PC achieved.
Goldman Sachs Project 133 Fleet Street (ISG)

Responsible for three general floors Levels 6, 7 and 8 – Floor manger
Responsible for the management and installation of 1 passenger and 1 goods Hoist over 10
floors. PC achieved.
Pinsent Mason (ISG)
Value £16 million
Responsible for 3 general floors, the auditorium and ground floor reception and 2 basement
levels consisting of shower rooms, 3 toilets pods and legal roller racking room. This project
consisted of 16 floors Cat A fitted out to Cat Bs the duration of the project was 24 weeks
delivered on PC date with at the clients request of less than 50 outstanding snags over all
floors.

Value £3 million
Returned to Standard Bank to fit out the 4th Floor and complete a restack on the 1st Floor,
delivered on time with minimal snags.
KPMG – Canary Wharf (ISG)

Responsible over 12 floors, on floor plant rooms and roller racking rooms

15th floor was delivered as a marketing suite floor 2nd London wall.
Between this job I also spent 3 weeks on Eversheds troubleshooting on specialist floors to
achieve handover for PC Date.

My first solo project fitting out an auditorium. Delivered on the PC date with 5 outstanding
snags.
Curtains, blinds, lighting all interfaced with the AV system. Tiered seating and desking.
Installation of a lectern and re-carpeted.

Broadwalk House, London – Fit-out and restack of two dealer floors whilst allowing full
trading to continue, full mechanical and electrical services upgrade to facilitate 400no: new
dealing positions with the installation of two new UPS units to allow full back up of services -
£13.3 Million in 70 weeks
Northern Trust
(Overbury)
Canary Wharf London – This project was a full overhaul of existing electrical and mechanical
services whilst client was in full occupation in an 11 storey building with the installation of
new partitions, ceilings, carpets and a complete redecoration to 2no: floors with an installation
of a new high spec reception area with conferencing facilities - £3.1 million in 16 weeks.

(Overbury)
Nobel House, Smith Square, SW1 - Phased refurbishment of all nine floors at Nobel House
(covering over 180,000 sq ft) whilst Defra was in full occupation. The works were carried out
in eight phases involving the systematic relocation of departments - £25.5m in 105 weeks
