Whereas moving to data I found I was working in
an environment where I was the minority.
Navigating a Male dominated field
I don’t have a traditional university education
which left me always needing extra personal
justification.
I didn’t take the ‘Common Path’
Constantly doubting my abilities and feeling like
a fraud.
