• My magazine will be a
pop magazine and will
include all the things
needed to be classed
as a pop magazine.

3. Pop Artists!
I will include information on popular pop artists that
have gained popularity in the last year and who
people like to listen to a lot recently so that they are
interested to read the magazine.

4. Colours and Clothing
• I will use quite eye
catching colours that
grab your attention
and will fit the pop
criteria, and the
clothing used will be
up to date and preppy
but also stylish.

5. Target Audience
• My target audience will
be teenage girls aged
between 15-18 years old
who like most recent pop
artists and bands and like
reading about music and
particular celebrities.
• I will do my best to
include all the things that
people would expect a
pop magazine to look
like.

6. Layout style and images
• The way I design my magazine will be quite
similar to the design of a pop magazine with the
big images and eye catching headlines and I will
be putting important information in the left third.
The masthead will stand out and complement
the text and the main image will have direct eye
contact with the reader. The other images will be
slightly smaller but still have a great impact on
the magazine.
