I have worked for RCG’s Development Team for three years as a QA resource. In those
three years I have learn more than I thought I would ever learn about technology. I
came from a non-technical background and went through quite the learning curve to
understand the technology that I was testing. My company can’t afford to have bad
code go into production; it could financially collapse because of it so I take my job
seriously. My customers and my fellow employees are counting on me to do my job
right. Over the years at RCG I have developed outstanding written and oral
communications skills that allow me to translate between Steakholders and the Dev
Team. As of late I have been taking this responsibility on more and more as I
recently received training in gathering User Requirements from Learning Tree.
Becoming a BA feels like the most natural step for me to take. I can read code well
enough to understand what its doing. I have some Linux knowledge and am proficient
in SQL. I have strong analytical and critical thinking skills with a strong
attention to detail. I’m an enthusiastic, bright, and resourceful person and would
make a great addition to any team.
