1. To Whom It May Concern:
I am writing this on behalf of Daniel Stadem. He was a branch manager (intern) for my
company, College Works Painting, during the spring and summer of 2015. What that
entails is to start-up and manage an entire small painting business while being a full time
student. My students are trained in marketing, sales, hiring, public relations,
accounting/finance, client relations, and management. Dan not only found all of his own
customers, but was also in charge of the management of each project ranging from
$1,141-$6,863.
Dan showed determination and passion through out the whole summer. He was very
coachable and improved significantly in time management throughout. As a branch
manager there are many obstacles and challenges on a daily basis, Dan used tremendous
problem solving skills to execute upon on all tasks required of him and drive to his goals.
He had an efficient rate of production and high quality work throughout the summer. In
addition, Dan achieved a 100% client satisfaction rating and worked very autonomously
to complete his work.
I would highly recommend Dan for any position you have to offer. If you have any
further questions regarding Dan, please feel free to call me at 651-895-4750 or email me
at nschroer08@collegeworks.com
Sincerely,
