Originally established in 1989 as Astra, Inc., the company
was reorganized in 2009 to create Astra/CFX Holdings, LLC
as a parent company to support the independent growth of
logistics focused Astra Supply Chain, LLC and the 3PL sub-
assembly and warehousing operations of Astra/CFX South
Carolina, LLC and Astra/CFX AL, LLC.
Astra/CFX Holdings, LLC is a Hispanic – Woman Owned
Minority Business Enterprise dedicated to providing our
customers with a single source 3PL supply chain solution.
We take pride in our ability to learn our customer’s
business, and then provide a cost effective and efficient
custom 3PL solution based on their specific needs. Our
