With effect from 1 May 2015 Chantrey Vellacott DFK merged with Moore Stephens LLP. Based in the Thames Valley office I am responsible for overseeing client service delivery to a wide range of companies, specifically owner managed businesses and UK based subsidiaries of overseas corporations. Sitting in the audit and assurance department I am responsible for managing and co-ordinating statutory audits to private and public companies reporting under both UK GAAP and IFRS.
