programme involved modification to the wing torsion box areaof the lower belly on each A/c,post NDT
Inspection for known area of cracking and corrosion. All work carried out to BAE Prestwick drawing
office repair instructions and replacement parts supplied by same.
3 A/c embodied to Service Bulletin levels complied with and locally certified by West Air Quality

to cabin areas and upper fuselage structure. MLS mod incorporated, all installations fitted using Airbus drawings. Seat
track replacement carried out, Main Entry door sill replacement on 3 A/c. Contract
completed.

Duties carried out on an AOG basis on behalf of major aviation clients such as Southern Air Transport, TNT
Adria Airways etc. Aircraft worked on BAE 146, BAE RJ's,B737 NG and B747 freight A/c. Also Airbus 320
series A/c. Repairs to aircraft fuel tanks and fuel systems associated with the mentioned aircraft. Also major fuel
modifications carried out using manufacturers Service Bulletins and modification instructions. These clients base
in Europe and the Far East.

Duties involved were, carrying out On-Wing Boro - Scope Inspection (BSI) on variants of GE engines on
Customer Aircraft. Boeing & Airbus variants.
Primarily CFM56 -3,-5 & -7 series embodied A/c (GE90 and CF6 Variants) these Inspections undertaken as
contractual agreement with clients. Full and partial BSI carried out to manufacturers work scopes within approval
of clients AMP’s. QEC carried out in Aero Engine Workshops. GE company training courses undertaken and
passed, list attached , suffix. All documentation and approvals held are of inter-active nature and available on
request. Engine Strip / Build, component replacement duties carried out to FAR 145 and CAA regulatory
authorisation within the GE Organisation, using inter-active publications and certification. Downloading of
trouble-shooting techniques practised and carried out in achieving satisfactory conclusions to maintenance and
servicing standards. H & S courses and Human Factors practised and utilised in daily use whilst carrying out
duties. General maintenance tasks carried out in an Aero-Engine deep strip facility using specialist equipment
generic to Engine type and series.

Contractual duties carried out in Airbus Industries, Toulouse, France. Structural fastener identification, rectification
and replacement on A380 series aircraft (16 A/c in all) on wing and fuselage positions as requested by British
Aerospace superintendents.
These tasks carried out using specialist equipment and recorded on documentation supplied by BAE Ltd, this was
a limited warranty claim On behalf of BAE Chester Quality Department on identifying a quality issue on certain
fasteners.

Responsible for removal and replacement of all flying control surfaces requiring balancing during re-livery of
A/c.
The bare metal inspection of A/c, also the final despatch of A/c to revenue flight. All carried out using
