Damon Rolnick and I have worked together for over 2.5 years and the experience has been
nothing short of exceptional. We began our professional relationship as colleagues working in
a brand new support role in field services. Eventually, Damon would become the 10th member
of our field services team that I manage.
Damon is an extremely hardworking team player. He is legitimately one of the few people you
will meet that can change your organization. Damon’s charisma, intellect, and empathy had a
very powerful effect on our user base. On countless occasions, I can remember meeting
teachers or admins who had spent a short amount of time with Damon and were already
requesting that only he continue to support them. It is rare to find dedicated staff such as
Damon was. His passion for creating a more productive and efficient product/service was far
beyond the average employee.
Damon was a vital part of a support team in North Carolina for almost the entire 2014-2015
school year. Most recently he was the main contact for our digital curriculum implementation
in Miami-Dade County Public Schools. During this implementation, Damon was the only
employee permanently on the ground and coordinated our site screens, professional
development and field support efforts. You can walk into any of the implemented classrooms
and they know Damon well.
Damon is a dedicated, top-performing customer service professional who never stops
