some management responsibilities. 10 months as Service Manager in a high volume shop, having attained
sales goals.

 Responsible for the safety practices of employees & shop. Twice a week, we perform "Safety Observations",
monitoring an employee for 20 minutes. Checking for any safety violations or concerns, such as situational
awareness, proper ppe, etc.

June 2006 -Present, Service Manager, Thompson Truck and Trailer (International & Isuzu Dealer)
 As a technician - Diagnosing and repair of class 8 and Medium duty trucks, bumper to bumper. A/C,
Steering, Brakes, Electrical/Electronic (Navistar Vehicles have been using body controllers and multiplexing
since 2000), ABS, Engine, etc. Majority of jobs on Engine and Electrical/Electronics. Relied upon as being
able to be given a difficult task, confident that there would be a resolution and the repairs made would be of
high quality.
 As a technician - Supported the management team with inspections, equipment repairs & acquisitions.
 As a shop foreman for 3 years - Responsible for the direction & guidance of 11 dayshift technicians in a
large volume shop that moved an average of 350-500 vehicles through the shop.
 Responsible for budgets and sales projection for department, with 23 personnel.
 Responsible for processing Workhorse & Isuzu warranty claims.
 Responsible for creating, figuring and closing work orders.
 Responsible for creating and reviewing estimates
