Job Responsibility:
R&D & Technician:
 Make sample as per tech pack and buyer needs.
 Use to needs and understand through all types of tech pack coming from buyers.
 Give the guide lines to supervisor and QA’s to incorporate the buyers requirement.
 As per the fabric quality we use give production friendly construction for GPT.
 Involvement in Sample making and to make the sample production friendly.
 Make sample with best methods, material, Machines, attachments, as most productive
ones.
Testing samples & mock ups with sample tailors & making sample, which suggests
buyer/buying house tech team to make the production friendly sample & merging of
operations by the use of market available attachments & folders as well as introducing
new kind of folder through mechanic for cost reduction in production & accuracy in
quality.
 Involvement in sampling for R&D when new construction, designs patterns are
introduced.
Production Technician :
 Study sample and study for all the processes from cutting till finishing like pre-emb,
handwork, cutting, re-cutting, stitching, post-emb, etc and required for each process.
Check the pattern & cutting start for initial. Made pieces for awareness.
 Arrange all tools before production start.
 Start R&D from size set and TOP stage and if needs approval informed to concern
merchant and buying house Q.A.
Follow up for each process & daily basis so that we are achieving for what has been
planned.

3.  Alert in advance to respected department where ever there seems bottle neck or delay
so as to avoid the last minute rush.
Cutting/Production :
Introduced Pinning Cutting System to save fabric consumption & to avoid Re-cutting
time of Checks & embroidery styles wherever possible
Check the pattern & cutting start for initial. Made pieces for awareness & shrinkage.
Regularly hold awareness training meetings for production staff, detailing the Work
study services.
Monitor all IE & Production activities.
To make operation breakdown for SMV calculation, Machine planning & other EPR &
Software entries used in production flow & material handling.
Handle the work study engineer to achieve the day/month and long term plan targets.
Monitor the line performances and hold the Daily efficiency, production staff and work
study engineering staff.
