When we first took up the idea of DFC implementation
our kids were more interested in our teaching but
gradually they showed intrest in the challenge . The best
part was to convience the kids and draw a concencious
one particular idea out of 32 ideas we got from our group

Our implementation idea was TRAFFIC RULES
AWARENESS AND ENCOURAGING PEOPLE TO
USE PUBLIC TRANSPORT
The implementation was divided in 4 stages
STAGE 1
It was all about presentation . The kids wanted that we
volunteers should give them a presentation that why
traffic rules and public transport is important in the
present scenario . So on the first day of our
implementation we give a presentation to the kids and
explained them the importance of the issue

STAGE 2 :
     It was an outdoor implementation in which kids had
to go in their neighbourhood to drop in the pamphlets and
brochures which they made on the first day of the
implementation. The pamphlets and brochures were
exclusively hand made by kids in which they illustrated
their ideas and thoughts why traffic rules and public
transport sytem should be followed and used and the hard
work actually pid off

STAGE 3:
The kids wanted to write a letter to the editors of leading
newspapers of Chandigarh telling them about the concern
and requesting them to publish an article related to the
issue and spread awareness amaong masses .We helped
the kids in writing the letters and forwarded the scanned
copies of their letters to various editors

STAGE 4:
The best part was the stage 4 in which kids had to go and
talk to people , their teachers and friends and had to
explain them about our topic/ concern and the
presentation. After this they had to take their feedbacks.
The kids successfully did it and got lots and lots of
feedbacks

Now ican say that me and my kids are infected by “I can”
bug. They are dreaming up and are ready to lead the
world with their brilliant ideas
“ if a child can’t learn the way you teach, may we should
teach the way they learn ”
After the implementation the sense of achievement and
satisfaction we got there are no words to describe them.
I would like to thank all the kids part of the
implementation, all the volunteers who made it possible
and last but not the least thankyou president Chandigarh
for giving this oppertunity

The best part was to convience the kids and draw a concencious one particular idea out of 32 ideas we got from our group Ashiana Aryans

A glimpse of our DFC implementation http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=OASJGE4Pu9k Our implementation idea was TRAFFIC RULES AWARENESS AND ENCOURAGING PEOPLE TO USE PUBLIC TRANSPORT The implementation was divided in 4 stages STAGE 1 It was all about presentation . The kids wanted that we volunteers should give them a presentation that why traffic rules and public transport is important in the present scenario .   • 4. STAGE 2 : It was an outdoor implementation in which kids had to go in their neighbourhood to drop in the pamphlets and brochures which they made on the first day of the implementation. The pamphlets and brochures were exclusively hand made by kids in which they illustrated their ideas and thoughts why traffic rules and public transport sytem should be followed and used and the hard work actually pid off Video link : http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1B8YL5oPCF0&feature=related STAGE 3: The kids wanted to write a letter to the editors of leading newspapers of Chandigarh telling them about the concern and requesting them to publish an article related to the issue and spread awareness amaong masses .We helped the kids in writing the letters and forwarded the scanned copies of their letters to various editors

After this they had to take their feedbacks. They are dreaming up and are ready to lead the world with their brilliant ideas “ if a child can’t learn the way you teach, may we should teach the way they learn ”
  • 6. After the implementation the sense of achievement and satisfaction we got there are no words to describe them.
