2. Context: Medical care is one of the most concerned social problems in China. Poor facilities and bad service architectures, as well as heavy population and relatively scarce medical resource made a great pressure to all patients.

Project: the project was focused on the imbalance of information between doctors and patients in the process of hospitalization, servicedesigners aimed to re-design the information system, try to establish a digital platform to equate information and generate a co-production architectures to make communication building easier. 4. Design role: In this project, service designers investigated to get insights and devoted to re-build the information system in the medical organization via applying a series service design tools to facilitate the community building, and co-design for developing the service idea.
