Our demographic we had to
find out about was wealthy
people.
By Maddie, Amy and Theo
We researched for products such as watches, cars,
makeup and fashion.
Some examples of brands we searched were Gucci, Chanel,
Prada, Lamborghini, Rolex and Apple
Celebrity endorsement: they have put David Beckham in
the advert so that people will think if they buy it and wear
it they will be like him. Wealthy people might want to buy
this because David Beckham is wealthy so they think the
product is for wealthy people.
When a brand because well known, it allows them to raise the
price. This means only the higher class will be able to regularly
afford it. People of a higher class could be attracted to this.
If we look at a few different brands, we'd be able to see the
target demographic just by seeing the font, colour scheme,
angle of product etc.
