7. Increasing populations and the growth of a global middle class
results in a rising demand for wood and fibre based products,
placing further pressure on the planet’s remaining forests.
Plantations currently provide 30% of the world’s timber needs.
So temperate and tropical forests continue to be cleared to
meet this demand. We have destroyed 60% of the all forests
in the world over the last 100 years.
This must stop.

8. A recent example of the impact on drainage
system caused by traditional wet wipes
entering the water system.
Supposedly "flushable" wet wipes are
cramping Sydney's sewerage network, with
500 tonnes – the equivalent of four blue
whales – in wipe "balls" plunged from the
city's 24,000km of pipes, 680 pumping
stations and 29 wastewater treatment and
recycling plants every year.
Sydney Water is appealing for help from the
public to help end the costly and self-indulgent
trend, but the primary culprit is not who you'd
think.

9. Young men in search of a more "luxurious"
bathroom experience topped a recent survey,
duped by manufacturers' claims the synthetic
wipes dissolve like toilet paper after flushing.
Sydney Water disputes the industry claims in
its new 'Keep wipes out of the pipes'
campaign, saying they instead can take many
years to break down, block residential sewers
leading to costly plumbing bills, or also cause
overflows into homes or creeks.

15% - 20% more moisture than a wood based core or other non-biodegradable diaper cores.
Our newborn to toddler range of diapers feature non-latex double Move-Flex© leg cuffs, allowing
your baby to move & explore their world with the security of good fit & decreased leaks.
BumBams also comes with our Moisture Change Color indicator, which lets you know when your
