included in this framework a series of ready-

to be created.
Via Internal Communications
One of the most important part of the rollout
is the communication plan.
If you have an Internal Communications
team, call for their support to help you adapt
the framework to the company tone and
voice, create an automation intranet, include
the program in Internal Newsletters.
Via Change Manager
If you already have an automation pipeline
collection mechanism and your company has
a Change Management Department you
would benefit from their guidance to
streamline the engagement framework to
your company’s specific stage in automation
adoption.
The Engagement Framework is intended for Automation Program Managers and Sponsors as they roll out Automation Hub to business users.
The Framework is focused on individual adoption and meant to provide a foundation on which to build a plan to roll out Automation Hub by a

Objective • Ensure that knowledge will be put into practice by creating the environment that would foster the ability to participate in Automation
Activities
• Make sure time is allocated for improvements: Create a “Move Faster with Automation”/”Automate MORE” program within the team to encourage
time dedicated to process automation proposals.
• Make sure that Automation Hub is linked form intranet sites, employee’s apps/tools repository, etc.
