Job Details
 Working as Quality Control Line Inspector in Accurate Steel Forgings, Thirumalisai from
21st
August 2015 to present.
Role & Responsibilities
 To make sure product is being machined as per operation standard by doing hourly inspection
of the product and filling patrol inspection report.
 If the product is not as per operation standard, then immediately correcting the product by
informing the production supervisor.
 Checking the first off, when new setting is taken in machine.

2.  Providing separate tags for finished jobs, non-conformance and rejected products at the end of
the shift.
 Training the operator to use gauges and giving awareness to them about quality issues related
to the product.
 Have knowledge to give offsets in CNC and VMC.
 Handling measurement instruments such as Height Gauge, Vernier, Micrometer, Bevel
Protractor,Slip Gauges and Profile Projector.
Project
 Main project titled Generation ofElectricity from Stair Case using Air Pumps in the
academic year 2014-2015.
 Mini project titled Studies on using Exhaustgas for Car Cabin Heating in the academic
year 2013-2014.
