What now? 	CAREER LEADER-COLLEGE (determines interests, skills and work satisfaction values) OTHER: Myers-Briggs Type Inventory (MBTI)  	-personality type 	Strong Interest Inventory   	-interests Skills and Values Card Sorts and Paper Surveys Take assessments or inventories.
And then? Review results with a career counselor.
