PROGRAM HISTORY
►  Initially approved as standalone AP Automation initiative with the goals of:
•  Simplification of processes for our community users - consolidating multiple
electronic and paper based processes to a single system, with mobile approvals
•  Saving costs within shared services
•  Enabling the capture of line-level detail (and subsequent savings from analytics)
►  With the announcement of the acquisition of Emeritus during the project, focus
became first enabling the integration
•  Expanded scope to become the procurement platform for the company, including
corporate credit cards (P-Cards)
►  End User Focus
•  Business case driven by simplification and consolidation of systems and processes
•  End users engaged in process design up front and User Acceptance Testing
•  Pilot at 6 communities with varying size and complexity
