5. BACKGROUND AND RATIONALE:
Republic Act 9155 or the Governance of Basic Education Act of 2001 states the right
of every Filipino to Basic Quality Education. It is also stipulated in the DepEd
Mission, To protect and promote the right of every Filipino to quality, equitable,
culture based and complete basic education. Therefore, any student who wish to
enroll should be admitted by the school. However, most of the school in Cluster 8A
experience a common problem regarding the documents given by the students or
parents upon admission. Another problem encountered during admission period is
the process of forwarding of School Form 10 from the originating school to the
receiving school. Based on D.O. 54 S. 2016, the transfer of records of learners must
be made easy and quick. In this regard, the Cluster 8A CI Team come up with a
process that will help the school to have a fast and complete credentials of the
learners during the admission period.

6. OBJECTIVES
By the end of first quarter of
School Year 2022-2023, all schools
in Cluster 8A shall have a fast track
and complete student credentials
in the admission period.
