2. What your reports look like now A small portion of your reports are run very often, while others may be run very seldom or obsolete all-together.

4. Do we have internal resources to do reports or do we need to outsource this part of the project? Can we call someone to help, PLEASE?

5. What would the end-user prefer; a seamless transition, or updated more user-friendly reporting? This is the COOLEST! WOOHOO!

10. -We want our end-users to be able to manipulate the data to help in better forecasting and measurement.

11. -We want dash-boarding capabilities for our end-users for a more appealing look as well as better control of what data they see and how they can interact with that data.

13. Can we perhaps modify the most popular reports to include information of reports that are rarely run to eliminate the need for multiple reports? How many reports?

15. Can we get away with migrating the most important reports for now and do those of less importance at a later time? I will get to it later!

16. What reporting software are we using now and should we upgrade? Which reporting software will best suit our needs?
