GIS and land surveying experience working for the City of Oceanside, California, as a GIS Technician II intern, as well as GIS experience as a Temp. GIS Technician at Eastern Municipal Water District. I am highly experienced in creating maps, digitizing and analyzing data using ArcGIS. Also experience performing land survey work such as: elevation runs using a rod and level scope, traversing angles using total station equipment, as well as capturing coordinates using a base station & rover unit, and then geocoding the coordinates as a point feature class in Arcmap.
