6. GROW
Genuine, Resourceful, Organized, Wealth.
This program will take you through the basics of becoming more balanced in your
personal and professional life using natural methods and ancient philosophies.
Regardless of the spiritual beliefs each of us hold dear there are certain human and
earthly elements we deal with daily. Harnessing the power within ourselves by
harnessing the natural gifts God has provided here on earth is the logical method
to achieve balance.
Some of these techniques will immediately resonate with you while still others might
never become a part of your regimen. All that I ask is that you with a clear open
mind openly accept the possibility and authentic try these techniques.
7. So you might be asking how does the Law of Attraction affect my life.
The Law of Attraction is both a conscious and unconscious way that we interact
with the universe. By thinking or believing certain things to be true or our
destiny one can affect, for either the positive or the negative, the impact in
our life.
Our destiny is not a black or white object but instead a series of energies
around us that can shift and change our future.
By changing your thinking, your self talk and your affirmation to the world you
can in fact impact what comes next. The trick is doing it with authenticity
and true belief that you do and can create the life you desire.
You may have seen the Secret before but today I ask you to watch it again with
a renewed commitment to the possibilities you can control before you.
8. • In the Early 1900’s there was a “New Thought
Movement”. The theory was that “thought precedes
physical form”. The theory was this thought if left
undisturbed could manifest in a physical way, tangible
way.
• Several years later this thought was accentuated with the
Theory “Like attracts like”, surely you have coined or at
least heard the phrase “Birds of a Feather”
• Think for a moment about what things predominately
occupy your conscious and unconscious mind, then for a
moment consider the possibility that you are in fact
stressed, tired, or financially a mess because you are
manifesting those things in your own thoughts.
• Let’s watch the secret
9. Journal writing, also known as creative journaling, is a very effective tool that can
enhance your life and improve your wellbeing. Once you begin to journal, you
will be able to understand more about yourself. Journal writing is wonderful for
self discovery.
Perhaps you have written down your goals in the present tense "I am so happy and
grateful now that...." If you enjoyed this powerful technique, imagine the
experience of keeping a daily journal, not about your life the way that it is, but
about your life the way that you would like it to be...as if it were already so.
And now, imagine how living your ideal life through the pages of a journal could
help you manifest everything you want.
10. • Have a Magic Journal and use it only for the purpose of writing out the
experiences you want as if they have already blossomed into fruition. As you
hold the book, give it power. Imagine that everything you will write in it will
come true through the Law of Attraction.
• Write Out Your Goals in the Present Tense:
• This is where the creative process begins. In the back pages of the journal, you
may choose to write affirmations that you want to manifest. You may even want
to give yourself a timeline on when you want to accomplish these goals.
• Give Your Goals Power By Living Them Out Through the Pages of Your Journal
• On a regular basis, write out your ideal life events as if they were already
unfolding the way you would like for them to unfold in perfect fruition. Allow
yourself to feel your desires as if they were already so while you spell them out
in the magical pages of your journal.
12. • Positive affirmations are personal statements using a word or phrase to
create a desired condition or outcome. They are in essence, positive self
talk.
• Positive self affirmations are extraordinary tools that can help you in
overcoming fears, manifesting money, improving low self esteem, or any
other goal you are seeking to achieve
• Use the present tense. You want your subconscious mind to feel that it is
already happening
• Use the first person when stating your affirmation, as in, "I " or "my"
• Use or create affirmations for your particular issue or goal
• State them with only positive phrases. Never use phrases beginning with
negatives such as, “I won’t"
• Use short, to the point, sentences
• Be specific
• Repeat them often. Using positive affirmations again and again will embed
them into your subconscious mind
• Be passionate as you say your affirmations, and feel the emotion as if you
have already accomplished the affirmation
• Believe in your affirmation and anticipate the success
13. History and purpose of Vision boarding
• A vision board is typically a collage of images or words that you’ve
assembled representing your deepest goals, dreams and desires.
• The idea behind this is that when you surround yourself with images of
who you want to become, what you want to have, where you want to live,
or where you want to vacation, your life changes to match those images
and those desires.
• Bob Proctor from the movie ‘The Secret’ explains that “Everything that’s
coming into your life you are attracting into your life. And it’s attracted by
virtue of the images you’re holding in your mind. It’s what you’re thinking.
Whatever is going on in your mind you are attracting to you.”
• The utilization of a Vision Board is so effective, because it guides the
images you are holding in your mind! You see, your mind works like a
magnet; that which you focus your mind on grows and manifests into your
life in the form of events, people or circumstances that will assist you in
reaching your goals.
• “For as a man thinketh in his heart, so is he” – Proverbs 23:7.
14. • Step 1: Set aside some quiet time with a pen and a notebook so that you can
write down all the goals, experiences, dreams, and things you want to own in
your life. This will form the basis of your dream board. Once you have an idea of
what you want in your dream board you need to go and find the pictures to
represent them. Common places to look are magazine, advertising material and
the internet. Have fun compiling the pictures and phrases that inspire you.
• Step 2: Go through the images you’ve collected and sort them out according to
the ones that most inspire and motivate you. Obviously you would also want the
vision board to represent some of your most important goals or ones that you
most want to accomplish in the short term, mixed in with longer term goals and
dreams. You want to start to lay them out on the piece of card board and see
how it looks. There is no right or wrong way to sort out your vision board. Some
people like to have a picture of themselves in the middle and their pictures
scattered all around them. Others like to go with themes such as spiritual,
financial etc placed in each corners of the board others just like to scatter the
pictures on the board without any real theme.
• Step 3: Glue everything onto the board. You don’t have to keep to only pictures,
if you feel the need to add your own creativity to the board by writing on it,
painting on it then go ahead. This is your vision board and you can do whatever
you think is going to best motivate and inspire you.
• Step 4: Now that you have completed your vision board you want to put it
somewhere that you will see often. It will serve no real purpose if you need to
go searching for it. Some useful places to put your vision board are your
bedroom where you will see it morning and night, or the bathroom door. The
most important thing to bear in mind is that it is somewhere you will see it
often to remind you of your visions and goals for your life.
