Changing your Zoho Preferences
From the home page on the Zoho app click on the setting button shown in the picture below:
This takes you to the Personal Settings page. Here you can update your Profile (name, contact info,
photo, display themes and landing page options) and your Email Notification settings.
Changing your display name:
On the Profile section, go to the Full Name field and change it from your corporate email address to your
name. This helps others to easily identify task and milestones owners.

You can also update contact info, photo, change your language preference and display theme.
Changing your Email Notification Preferences:
Click on the Email Notification tab on the Personal Setting page. Here you can check or uncheck what
type of notifications you want to receive.

When you’re done selecting your preferences, scroll down and click on the Update button to save your
changes.
Please note that Zoho might take a few minutes to update your preferences.
