 Subcontractors; Disperse plan revisions, track RFI’s and scope changes, Track Warranties, COI, BL,
Contractors License, Issue subcontracts, PO’s, WO’s, COR, EWA, and all other issues concerning
compliance for contractual, bid, and scope documents.
 Project startups; LL/Mall R&R, Pre-Con meetings, schedule, field budget, permit package, along with TI
standard startup up documents & procedures.
 Project closeouts; Client / LL walk thru, punch list sign off, schedule final inspections/building permit
sign off, C of O, Notice of Completion, process change orders for client submission, completion photos,
contract invoicing, O&M manuals, as-builts, required client and LL forms.
 Acquired 3 client accounts to handle their urgent or emergency projects and maintenance. This was not
a standard scope of our work prior to my working in the Service Department.
 On average, had 15 projects between all various roles performed.
 Created and implemented several new forms and spreadsheets to stream line certain tasks in the field

 Project coordination / Project Management of all subs & vendors.
 Subcontractor and document compliance; Disperse plan revisions, track RFI’s and scope changes,
track warranties, COI, BL, Contractors License, Issue subcontracts, PO’s, WO’s, COR, EWA, and all
other issues concerning contractual and project compliance.
 Project pre construction: Request performance bond, COI, city/county requirements, pre-bid job walks,
delivery and submission of hard bids, and sub bid proposal collection for estimating department.
 Project startups; Meet with Sr. PM & Superintendent for scope and schedule clarification, track long lead
material items, schedule delivery of misc. materials to sites, pull permits, award subs & vendors, set up
LL pre-con, track Fire Protection submittals, issue schedule, verify plans w/architect.
 Project closeouts; collect as-builts, schedule for final inspections / building permit sign off, C of O, Notice

 Executive Assistant to the CEO, Compliance Officer, Contract Administrator, and Office Manager, for a
Concrete form work company.
 Maintained two offices; one for company tasks and one fore CEO’s personal matters.
 Projects include Atlanta, Huntsville, and Memphis Airport parking structure and/or terminals, F1 Race
Track in Austin TX., Miami-Dade Courthouse, and the high profile DPAC project in FL to name a few.
(Airport projects required SIDA Badge clearance / issuance from Airport security for onsite employee’s
and subcontractors).
 Compliance officer; Processed all subcontractor / vendor payment applications and document control, all
GC License’s and client contracts.
 Subcontractor License’s; state, county and city, COI, plan revisions, change orders, etc.
 Subs enrollment in ROCIP, OCIP, & CCIP projects.
 Audited payroll weekly of 500 employee’s., issued checks upon approved check requests, audited bill of
ladings against invoices to track estimating issues, over/under contract amounts and/or material theft
onsite.
 Drafted all subcontracts and major purchase orders for all jobs which averaged 8 +/- projects with an
average of 7 subs per project. Project schedule was anywhere from 8-18 months / contracts ranged from
900K - 10M.
 Office Manager; Supervise 4 employees’ which included the HR Director, Accounts Payables Clerk,
Admin Assistant and Receptionist.
 Executive Administrative Assistant to the CEO; Worked directly with the CEO of the company, sat in on
meetings to take notes, sent multiple updates daily, and monitored all personal account activity domestic
& abroad.
 Managed his calendar, all travel arraignments, personal finances, etc. These items listed are just a
summary of the major points, there is quite an extensive list of other duties and tasks necessary to
maintain organization.
 Moved to GA after economy crashed, APEC ended up closing their doors almost a year after I was hired.
DISPATCHER / PROJECT ASSISTANT
BASIN CONSTRUCTION, CHINO, CA.
02/2004 – 02//2009
 Dispatcher and project assistant, Basin was a Union grading and excavation contractor.
 Managed all equipment moves & maintenance requirements for our fleet of equipment.
 Dispatched owner operators for all additional equipment & manpower needs for the field.
 Entered all timecards, daily reports, invoices, pay applications, releases, and all other project documents.
 Assisted accounting and estimating as requested, learned how to do a “Topo” takeoff and general ledger.
 Collected and tracked all certified payroll and union benefit distributions
 Called in and tracked all USA tickets prior to the start of any job.
 All standard construction office forms and procedures for startup, progress, and closeout of a project.
 When the economy crashed, the owner decided to close the business and retire.
 Two years after the business closed I received a Christmas Bonus from the owner thanking me for all my
hard work and dedication, best boss and office team I have worked with to date.

STRUCTURAL STEEL PRESENTATION FOR VERIZON WIRELESS INC.
 Created a qualification presentation for a Verizon TI project that was to include a large amount of structural
steel. Due to this scope being outside the normal TI regarding structural steel, Verizon interviewed their top
TI Contractors to qualify structural steel experience and abilities.
 Presentation made a lasting impression on the Verizon panel and we were included on the bid list.
CITY OF UPLAND CAMPAIGN
 Started a campaign to re-instate the crossing guards for the City of Upland along with a
handful of other citizens.
 Upland City Council passed the motion after numerous appearances and direct interaction
with the process, mayor, and council members
 Crossing guards are now at every elementary school in the City of Upland and have a
contract thru 2016.
 A fellow citizen and myself have started a community task force that gathers community input & ideas that
need to be presented to the City Council for consideration.

ASSISTANT TO THE CEO AMERICAN PAN ENTERPRISE dba APEC; PALMETTO, GA. 03/2009 – 01/2010  Executive Assistant to the CEO, Compliance Officer, Contract Administrator, and Office Manager, for a Concrete form work company.  Maintained two offices; one for company tasks and one fore CEO’s personal matters.  Projects include Atlanta, Huntsville, and Memphis Airport parking structure and/or terminals, F1 Race Track in Austin TX., Miami-Dade Courthouse, and the high profile DPAC project in FL to name a few. (Airport projects required SIDA Badge clearance / issuance from Airport security for onsite employee’s and subcontractors).  Compliance officer; Processed all subcontractor / vendor payment applications and document control, all GC License’s and client contracts.  Subcontractor License’s; state, county and city, COI, plan revisions, change orders, etc.  Subs enrollment in ROCIP, OCIP, & CCIP projects.  Audited payroll weekly of 500 employee’s., issued checks upon approved check requests, audited bill of ladings against invoices to track estimating issues, over/under contract amounts and/or material theft onsite.  Drafted all subcontracts and major purchase orders for all jobs which averaged 8 +/- projects with an average of 7 subs per project. DISPATCHER / PROJECT ASSISTANT BASIN CONSTRUCTION, CHINO, CA. 02/2004 – 02//2009  Dispatcher and project assistant, Basin was a Union grading and excavation contractor.  Managed all equipment moves & maintenance requirements for our fleet of equipment.  Dispatched owner operators for all additional equipment & manpower needs for the field.  Entered all timecards, daily reports, invoices, pay applications, releases, and all other project documents.  Assisted accounting and estimating as requested, learned how to do a “Topo” takeoff and general ledger.  Collected and tracked all certified payroll and union benefit distributions  Called in and tracked all USA tickets prior to the start of any job.  All standard construction office forms and procedures for startup, progress, and closeout of a project.  When the economy crashed, the owner decided to close the business and retire.  Two years after the business closed I received a Christmas Bonus from the owner thanking me for all my hard work and dedication, best boss and office team I have worked with to date. COMMUNICATION LEADERSHIP CERTIFICATES SUMMARY STRUCTURAL STEEL PRESENTATION FOR VERIZON WIRELESS INC.  Created a qualification presentation for a Verizon TI project that was to include a large amount of structural steel. Due to this scope being outside the normal TI regarding structural steel, Verizon interviewed their top TI Contractors to qualify structural steel experience and abilities.  Presentation made a lasting impression on the Verizon panel and we were included on the bid list. CITY OF UPLAND CAMPAIGN  Started a campaign to re-instate the crossing guards for the City of Upland along with a handful of other citizens.  Upland City Council passed the motion after numerous appearances and direct interaction with the process, mayor, and council members  Crossing guards are now at every elementary school in the City of Upland and have a contract thru 2016.  A fellow citizen and myself have started a community task force that gathers community input & ideas that need to be presented to the City Council for consideration.
