Teaching Assistant with Five-Year Fellowship
Designed eleven courses in essay writing for the Department of Writing and
Rhetoric Studies, varying my class each semester to experiment with different
teaching approaches, as well as three courses in Department of English fiction and
introductory creative writing. Wrote thoroughly researched lesson plans,
conducted entertaining classes with freshman- to senior-year students. Held
extensive office hours to identify individual student goals and passions,
ameliorate baseless writing insecurities, and transform writing habits to bring all
levels of writers to university-level and/or professional proficiency.

Instructional Designer, Writer, and CBT Information Designer
Designed activities, graphic interactions for online learning, and case studies,
which involved research, writing, and editing. Dedicated mostly to Western
Governor's University courses for a master's program in integrated health-care
management. Performed QC for other courses, from early childhood learning to
business best practices. Position involved light programming using proprietary
software, as well as discovery and integration of third-party video, graphics, and
reliable data for use in computer-based training.
