What is Leadership and Leaders?
• Leadership
The ability to inspire confidence and support among the
people who are needed to achieve a goals.
(Dublin 2007)
• Leaders
Anyone who is influencing the activities of others towards the
achievement of a goal.
The main Leadership Styles
• Autocratic Leadership-
Autocratic leadership is an extreme form of transactional leadership, where
leaders have a lot of power over their people.
• Democratic Leadership-
Democratic leaders make the final decisions, but they include team members
in the decision-making process.
• Laissez-Faire Leadership-
This French phrase means "leave it be," and it describes leaders who allow
their people to work on their own.
The main classifications of a leader’s
characteristics
• Decision making
• Motivational level of the peers, subordinates and
followers
• Coaching & Directing
• Delegating the work
• Participating and Supporting- supporting the followers and
full participation in the vision until the end
• Power- Intention of power

style that he followed or follow was autocratic leadership

• As the results of above finding the best leader is Mahatma
Gandhi because when comparing to Adolf Hitler the
leadership styles Mahatma Gandhi followed was more
appropriate and successive leadership style

activity or in achieving great goals, objectives, visions &
