Today’s organizational

Today’s leaders face numerous challenges to building and
sustaining a healthy, high-performing organization. For one thing,
organizational leaders are extremely busy. We’ve worked with many
leaders who spend most of their days in meetings, conference calls,
and firefighting critical issues. This leaves little or no time for gaining
firsthand knowledge of what is really going on in their organization, let
alone for creating the time and space necessary for visionary,
ideological or strategic thinking.

senior executive who has five layers of management beneath her. She
