  6. Låt oss visualisera ”processen” som gruppen använder. Processen kan vara mer eller mindre komplex beroende på gruppens uppgifter, kontext och teknologi.

Låt oss definiera vad vi menar genom att använda olika ”exit kriteria” för varje steg i processen.Vi skapar en definition of done!Som en checklista: om alla kriteria är klara kan ett jobb bli redo att dra vidare ett jobb till nästa steg.Det vill säga att det kan finnas jobb som är ”klara” för validering men som inte valideras just nu.Det kan också finnas jobb som är just nu i validering men som inte uppfyller DoD.
