ingredients used are green beans, peanuts
and corn. But there are also those who add
pumpkin or other vegetables. All ingredients
are boiled together in water that has been
seasoned with flavoring and salt. Many say
that this food is similar to compote, only
different in taste and brown gravy.

is boiled together with spices, salt, sugar and
other spices which are then sauteed with the
prepared spices. Boiling the meat lasts long
enough, so that the meat becomes tender and
the spices can seep in. After the meat is

the aroma of the stir-fry has been smelled

warm rice.
