15 Years of Struggles to add details in Village records,
Conduct Survey & Provide Patta
Depression, Roaming across tables, In this struggle My
husband N C Chinnaraju died of Heart attack
Now I’m also Heart patient struggling for same issue
We were threatened & warned by few people not to use
the Road build by the Tamilnadu Government

From past 15 years, given many petitions for following &
no action is taken
1. To add details in Village records to VAO
2. To conduct Land survey
3. To issue Patta
In this struggle and due to depression my husband expired
due to heart attack in 2020
Now myself also heart patient struggling for same issue

Purchased Grama Natham Land of 1305 Sq Ft (3 cents) in 1995 & registered it in
Mecheri Sub registrar office & we have EC from 1995 till date. House was
constructed in 1996

We are living in this house from past 28 years. (We have Electricity
connection from past 20 years)
We have following document
1. Sale Deed for this Land registered in Mecheri sub register office in 1995
2. EC from 1995 till Date
3. Mecheri Online Sale deed record copy
4. Thoraya Patta given by then Tahsildar in 2013
5. 625/8 Survey map allocated to N.C.Chinnaraju copy given by Revenue Dept.
6. EB Current bill from year 2000 to year 2022
7. Property Tax Paid receipts from 1995 to 2022
8. Gas Connection
9. Aadhar Card
10.Voter ID
11.Water Bill
12.Ration Card

In Sale Deed the total Land Area is 1305 Sq. Ft. (3 Cents)
Present Tahsildar is saying, Patta will be given only for constructed house area
of 1 cent not for 3 Cent

Many times documents like EB Bill, Property Tax, Voter ID, Ration card was
given to VAO to add details in Grama Village records.
But VAO has not updated the details & always said the reason, our submitted
petition was missing
On 01-01-2023 we submitted new petition in CM Cell to add details in Village
records & waiting for necessary action
Thoraya Patta given in 2013 by Tahsildar for Sy. No. 625/8 for 3 cents (1305 Sq. Ft.)
In 2013 then Tahsildar given Thoraya Patta for Survey no. 625/8 for Land Area
is 1305 Sq. Ft. (3 Cents)

Current petition is on Hold due to following two reasons.
Reason 1: Present Tahsildar is saying, Patta will be given only for constructed house area of 1 cent
and not for 3 Cent of land (Sale Deed, EC & Thoraya Patta is having 3 cents (1305 Sq. Ft.)
Our Reply
As per GO 318 in Rural Region Patta can be given for 3 cents.
Since we are above poverty line, We are paying Land price as per GO 318 for 3
cent & requested to give Patta for 3 cent

After our house there is a Road build by the Tamilnadu Government, There is
no authority for neighbor to stop conducting survey
Next to my house there is Road which belong to the Tamilnadu Government
