We are sorry to hear that you are having difficulty with our system changes.
If you have already enrolled yourself in the myPass system please skip to the section entitled
“Instructions for Enrolled Alumni”.
Unfortunately, if you were unable to enroll in the myPass system prior to the security updates you will
need to contact our office for further asssistance. Our number is (304) 384 – 5291. We have Helpdesk
Technicians available between the hours of 8am -9pm, Monday – Thursday, and 8am – 4pm on Friday.
If you are an enrolled alumni and are still experiencing access errors after following these instructions
please contact us for additional help.
INSTRUCTIONS FOR NON-ENROLLED
ALUMNI
If you have contacted our office and we have confirmed a temporary reset of your password please
follow these instructions. You will have to enroll in the myPass program in order to retain the ability to
reset your passowrd in the future.
1. Enroll. Please select enroll and use the temporary password we have provided in order to be
granted access.
2. Once you have succesffuly enrolled in the system please follow all of the instruction under
the section titled “Instructions for enrolled Alumni”
2. INSTRUCTIONS FOR ENROLLED ALUMNI
1. Go to https://accounts.concord.edu
On this page you will see four options. If you wish to change any of your verification questions selest
the “Re-Enroll” option and follow the prompts.
2. Select the “Reset Password” option.
You will be prompted to enter your user name in order to continue. It should be the same as what you
used to logon to any campus computer. So for the user Whomever Example, with the email
examplea123@mycu.concord.edu, would enter the user name “example(some number)”.
If you reach this point and are unable to proceed, please contact us for further assistance.
3. Select next, then you should be prompted to enter your verification information.
Enter the appropriate information and select next. You should be taken to a page that allows you to
reset your password.
NOTICE: When attempting to reset your password if the password criteria is NOT met you
will receive an error message and will not be able to access any of your accounts.
