1. Charlotte has been responsible for the performance of many functions
within the company Robocat Aps – Office Manager, Distribution Manager
for Thermodo (see www.thermodo.com) and Manager of Spilhuset (see
www.spilhuset.com).
As Office Manager, Charlotte has made sure that the office ran
smoothly. She has taken care of ALL the administrative tasks:
billing, budgeting, employment of flex employees, purchase of
office materials, maintenance, planning and execution of events.
As Distribution Manager, Charlotte has been responsible for
negotiations with distributors and resellers worldwide, product
pricing in different markets, customer relationships, control and
shipping of orders via www.shipwire.com. Managing and
controlling sales through the webshop www.shopify.com and
www.amazon.com.
As manager of Spilhuset, Charlotte has taken care of
arrangement of the renovation of Spilhuset (Decision on the
establishment of glass walls, floors, furniture, etc.) procurement
and selection of materials, advertising and rental of office space,
preparation of contracts, management of daily operations and
budgeting.
All functions and tasks that Charlotte has been asked to perform,
she has fulfilled with a smile and solved with great enthusiasm -
without significant help and to everyone's satisfaction.
Charlotte is excellent at multitasking and managing changes in a
hectic environment without loosing control.
As a person, I highly recommend Charlotte, as she is a loyal,
independent, responsible, dedicated and a hardworking
employee, who is always willing to take on new tasks and take
more responsibility. Charlotte will, with her excellent social skills
and her cheerfulness and contagious smile, be a motivator for any
