Fixed mindset = It’s too hard, I’m not going to solve it, I’m
hitting the sofa
We all experience both of these. We’re all human, but we
can learn to control how to manage our fixed mindset, so
that it doesn’t hold us back.

Break down mental barriers so that people can access something they are reluctant to. Build resilience by showing that nerves / struggling is normal.
