company. They do not carry
big Titles, but are Highly
Influential in corporate
decisions.
Build a healthy relationship with
your immediate Boss and also
your Bosses best Friends
within the company. NOT to get
favors, but to build strong
Links & a Safety net for you
8. Sometimes, your
Qualifications, Skills,
Abilities, Performances,
Productivity etc. are
second to the
Relationships built
within an Organization.
Make sure, You build a
Good Relationship
with Peers and
Managers in other
departments as well
9. This is the bitter truth
and the Reality. The
work that you do and
your achievements are
bubbled up to decision
makers based on your
relationships.Otherwise
Your Contribution in
the company will be
hidden in the shadows
even if your are an

until you ask for a raise. They
will look after you in every

company. This is the harsh
truth which some tend to not
understand.

everything possible as Boss
can not work without You.

advocating you to NOT Earn Good
Money for the Good work that You
do but this is the Strategy if You
need a Good Compensation.
As you join an Organization, at the
interview, make sure you get the
Best Remuneration Plan
Possible.
You must Negotiate for a Good
Salary and Benefits at the
interview and NOT after that.
If you get a Raise or Bonus , it
should be considered as a Bonus
for you life. Never Work expecting
a Raise.
18. If you join an organization due to
a different reason other than
money, then keep that in mind
until you leave the company.
A lot of employees get
demotivated as they go along as
they can NOT remember why
they joined in the first place.
If you need a raise and they didn’t
give it, leave the organization. If
you were a good enough
employee , they would have
given you a raise before you
asked for it as organizations
motivate Good Workers.
19. 4. Work Hard & Be Smart- Do NOT Stick to
Your Job Description only

same treatment like others which is
in my world is “Nothing”

give you more or look after
you better than others
when you are doing the
same thing over and over
again. They could replace
you easily with another
person, may be even for a
lesser wage.
As I would put it “If you DO the
same thing over and over,
you GET the same thing over
and over”. This is the
universal truth.
22. 5.Act as a Leader - Never ask for Promotions.
Work and Act as you have that Position
already.
23. We are in the era of Social Media and
we want to show our network that we
are making good progress in our
lives. For that we need Good Titles
at the end of our names and Good
materialistic things around us. That
is how we show our progress in life to
others. This is the world that we are
in today whether we are like it or
NOT. Let us all take a reality check.
If possible, We would love to have our
designation Changed every year to
something higher.
Statistics show that Flat
organizations do better in business
in the current era. Therefore
organizations are reluctant to create
big hierarchical structures.
24. If you need a promotion, act and
work as if you possess that Title or
Promotion.
Show that you are capable of
handling those duties before you
get the promotion.
Gone are the days when you get the
promotion before you show your
talents. First show your abilities
and make them promote you.
Never work aiming at a Promotion
as You will be demotivated if
You do not get that.
25. This is the latest trend. Show
you can take on the work and
you will get the title that you
deserve.
Do NOT work hard to get a title.
Just work hard to do your job
efficiently, and the titles will
follow you automatically.
If you build good relationships
and show your faithfulness,
your organization will delegate
a lot of work to you eventually
giving you the Title or
promotion that you deserved.
Bottom-line “Be a Leader”.

posture, words and actions.

thanking card in my own
handwriting to people that I
should be thankful for.
Send an email, give a firm
shank hand , give a thanking
card or do something special
when you need to show your
gratitude to others.
Attitude of Gratitude carries
you a long way NOT only in
your Job but Life itself. It is
a Universal Truth and Ritual.
29. 7.Be a Yes Man - Never say NO unless it goes
against your Values.
30. Most of the time, You may not be
aware of your real potential or
skills that you are good at. A
Good Boss will give you
additional tasks to perform
when they recognize your
potential.
If the organization wants to test
your skills first, they might give an
outside task to perform so that
they can judge your abilities. If
you perform well, they will
understand that you can perform
those skills. Therefore never
refuse additional tasks when
you are called upon.
31. Truth is, organization gives more
work to people who are capable of
doing them. You may feel it a bit
unreasonable asking yourself
“Why Me” every time. It is due to
the law of 80/20, 20% of staff
contribute to 80% of the work. If
they recognize you within that 20%
bucket, you are considered special
and you should be happy about
it.
You should have the strength to
refuse any tasks that are against
you Values or Religious beliefs.
Explain the reason for refusal in a
positive manner so that the
Management understands it.
32. Most of the time, wealth
acquisition and your
successful career are a long
running process unless you
try to do those in a dirty
ways.
Very seldom do people acquire
wealth and a successful career
fast. Some may try but they
may lose all that is gathered
with the same speed.
You can NOT change the laws of
the Universe or laws of Human
Behavior
