While earning his bachelor's degree in communications, Chad Kluemper worked as a real estate salesperson at Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage, as an aerospace manufacturing quality inspector at Precise Metal Products, and then as a customer care professional at American Express. In the following years, Chad Kluemper continued his work with American Express, first as a financial crimes investigative analyst and compliance analyst and then as a commercial relationship manager.
