you can create putaway strategy from inventory -> Configuration -> Locations. Select the location you want to set a putaway startegy, under Logistics section you can set putaway strategies. When we purchase products or product categories which is defined under a putaway strategy, they will automatically be transferred into the location that is specified under the strtegy.

2. INTRODUCTION
● Put Away Strategy allows you to set a location where product has to be stored.
● Only in multi step routes one can set put away strategy.

3. Lets see how it works: Goto -> Inventory -> configuration -> Settings -> enable multi step
routes.

4. Choose a warehouse: Go to-> Configuration->Warehouse->
Create a put away strategy.
Choose a product or product category and location where it has to store.

5. To check the working :
Create a purchase order
Receive the products(validate the delivery) and check the on hand quantity of the product.

6. Product get stored in the corresponding location as per the strategy.
