9.  Vehicle Model
• We have to add our assets/vehicle model. For this, go to:
Fleet Rental( activate debug mode )–>Configurations–> Vehicle Model.
Then you can add vehicles on each model.

• Vehicles for rent are stored to the database with all details. All the vehicle details will display
here and the rental manager can add new vehicles to this .

 Used for creating contracts with customers at the time of vehicle rental. Vehicle details,
payment details and checklist items can specify in this contract.

 We have different colour codes for representing the status of contracts.
 Blue color : Draft contracts
 Black color: Reserved contracts.
 Green color: Running contracts.
 Red color: Checking contracts(Closed stage, Need to verify).

 Initial Payment : The payment for contract creation or an amount that should pay other
than recurring payment.
 Recurring Cost: Choose a payment type. Daily/Weekly/ Monthly/Yearly.
 Rent Date Start : Starting date of rent.
 Rent End Date : Ending date of rent.
 Attachments: Related documents of vehicle in rent like Registration certificate ,Insurance
certificate, Pollution certificate etc.

 What is checklist lines :
They are the records of Accessories / Tools (i.e. Music system, Remotes)
provided with vehicles in rent When a tool is provided along with a vehicle in rent its corresponding
entry will add under the check list.

17.  Recurring Invoices
 The Recurring invoices are used for periodic payment for a rented vehicle.
The recurring invoices will generate automatically on daily/weekly/ monthly/yearly base ,as we
mentioned in our contract.
