2. INTRODUCTION
❖ While working with your opportunities, you might lose some of them. You will want to keep
track of the reasons you lost them.
❖ Odoo can help you recover them in the future. Mark a lead as lost While in your pipeline,
select any opportunity you want and you will see a Mark Lost button.

3. ❖ Before choosing a lost reason we need to create it, to create it go to CRM > Configuration >
Settings > Lost Reason and click on the create button.

4. ❖ Here you just need to enter the reason in the name field and save it.

5. ❖ Now go to CRM where you can see all the leads created, and click on the lead which
you need to mark as Lost.

6. ❖ To mark the lead as lost Click on the Mark Lost Button and a pop up will appear.

7. ❖ Here you need to select the lost reason from the list. And click on the Submit button.

8. ❖ Now you can see the lead is marked as Lost, also the reason will be added in the
Lost Reason field.

9. ❖ To see all the lost lead on filter click on th Filter and select the Lost. Here you can see
the lead is marked as Lost and you can keep track on all the lost leads.

10. ❖ If you need to restore it from lost click on the Action button and select the Unarchive
button, the lead will be restored to the lead list.
