Batch Picking is defined as a group of transfers, picked together to make a batch. Here, transfers include the receipts, delivery orders and internal transfers. One can manage multiple transfers under a single batch. This significantly reduces the transport time and allows the business to fulfill large batches of items in a single move. 1. Batch Picking in Odoo 13

2. INTRODUCTION
● Batch Picking is defined as a group of transfers, picked together to make a
batch.
● Here, transfers includes
❖ Receipts
❖ Delivery orders
❖ Internal Transfers
● One can manage multiple transfers under a single batch.

3. CONFIGURATION:
First enable Batch Picking in settings.
Go to Inventory -> Settings -> Batch Picking

4. ● After enabling the settings, goto the Operations tab.
Go to Inventory -> Operations -> Batch Transfer

5. ● Here we can see the created Batches.
● We can create new batches by clicking the Create button.

6. ● After clicking the Create button will redirect to new window.
● Select the Responsible person from the list.

7. ● From the window click Add a line add transfers.

8. ● Select the required transfers you need to make as batch.
● We can select the transfers in the Draft and Ready state.
● We cannot select the Waiting state transfer because it waiting for some
operation.

9. ● After clicking the Select button the transfers are listed in the order line.

10. ● By clicking the tick mark(green) we can confirm the picking.
● By clicking the Round cross(Red) mark we can cancel the picking.
● By clicking the cross mark we can remove the picking from order line.

11. ● We can individually validate each transfer by selecting the transfer.
● And click the validate button.

12. ● After that click the Apply button.

13. ● We can see the status of the validated transfer changed to Done

14. ● Click on the Confirm button to confirm the batch .
● Clicking the Done button we can set the all transfers to the Done state.

15. ● We can see the all transfers in the Done state.
