At ITR, we like to work with our clients right from the
very beginning. This means you will have a dedicated

and carry out a detailed follow-up review, post-event.

4. Continued Support for
Leading Medical Event
We were approached by a leading pharmaceutical
company looking for a complete Audio/Visual and
IT offering, covering conference, break out rooms,
exhibition, organisers offices, media suite and digital
signage.
The client’s dedicated project manager worked
with the organisers closely in the run up to the
event, ensuring that we supplied the best possible
equipment to meet their requirements.
For the conference room we supplied projectors,
microphones, PA systems, staging, lighting and a
vision and audio control desk. We also supplied
microphones and large format displays for the
breakout room.
In terms of the exhibition, we supplied LED screens,
laptops, iPads, video walls, PA systems, PCs, printers
and photocopiers.

5. Conferences
Here at ITR we specialise in offering superb support for conferences. We supply a wide range of services,

We have full conferencing solutions available, including staging, lighting, PA sound systems, display boards,

6. CASE STUDY
Project Management and
Conference Support
Earlier this year, ITR won the tendered bid to project
manage, support and facilitate IT and AV equipment for
a full conference solution.
Before the event, the client’s dedicated project
manager attended a site survey and then worked with
them closely, speaking with them daily from then on.
ITR were asked to provide two large stages including
lighting, each of which needed to be fully branded and
customised to suit rooms at the venue.
From a technology aspect, we fully installed both
stage rooms with both sound and video, using two
1200w PA systems, onstage 95’’ LED screens and two
video cameras that were set up to broadcast the whole
conference live over the internet.
We also provided all conference furniture,
microphones, lecterns, comfort monitors, iPads,
laptops, and relay screens for exhibitions, event
organisers and key-note speakers.

meeting venues.

technical support, laptops, installation and de-rigging for a whole programme across multiple countries.
9. Supplier to UK-Wide
Training Programme
One of the UK’s premier hotel chains approached us
to assist them with their upcoming UK-wide training
programme for a leading educational services provider.
ITR worked closely with all parties involved from
an account management, technical and logistical
perspective to create a brief for delivering training
that met with the client’s approval. Test laptops were
delivered to the client free of charge and in advance so
that their IT team could build a machine that exactly
matched the build they needed, including all required
software programs, content (PDFs of training materials)
and security restrictions.
We installed the equipment, offered support
throughout the training programme and provided them
with support machines that were already prepared and
ready for an immediate swap out.

iPad Solution for Annual Awards Dinner
ITR were approached by a high-profile company looking for a full interactive solution for their annual awards
dinner. After meeting with the client we decided that the best solution would be a bespoke interactive iPad
application that would allow attendees to guess who the award winners were as a table, bringing them together
as a team throughout the evening. For guessing correctly the table would win a case of Champagne, so
everybody wanted to get involved.
We placed all of the sponsor logos in the application so they had great visibility across every table throughout the
dinner. The whole event was not only a great opportunity for the attendees to see the sponsors and get involved
with them but also for the sponsors to follow up with the attendees and winners post event.

Offical IT/AV Supplier for
Leading CRM Platform
One of our existing clients required assistance for their
annual worldwide tour.
They wanted to hire a large amount of Apple products
and other equipment including over 200 screens, iPads,
iPods, MacBooks and three video walls. Screen sizes
required ranged from 32” – 95”.
To ensure our on-site technicians were sufficiently
prepared, we had regular meetings from three months
prior to the event, to brief both the client and our staff
with all of the details regarding each event on the tour.
Our warehouse team prepared transportation alongside
the client’s dedicated account manager, who knew the
tour details in detail. At each of the locations, on-site
technicians installed the equipment over three day-
long builds and provided on-site support throughout the
entire event.
